Cancellation Policy

At The Vitalora, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your order. Please review our cancellation terms below:

🕒 Order Cancellation Window

  • You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, or before it is shipped, whichever is earlier.

  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

❌ Non-Cancellable Orders

Orders cannot be cancelled if:

  • The order has already been dispatched or is out for delivery.

  • The product is a part of a special promotion, custom order, or clearance sale.

💳 Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • If the cancellation is approved before shipping, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after cancellation confirmation.
