All tags, accessories, and labels must be intact.
You must provide a valid Order ID and invoice.
Products that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted if:
The product has been used, worn, or damaged after delivery.
Protective films, hygiene seals, or tags have been removed.
The request is made after 2 days of delivery.
The item falls under non-returnable categories (e.g., custom caps or discounted items).
📩 How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

Mention your Order ID, issue, and attach clear photos of the product.
Once approved, we will guide you through the return shipping or reverse pickup process.
📦 Return Process
Returned items will undergo a quality check.
If approved, we will process an exchange or issue a credit note valid for 7Days.
In case your desired replacement is out of stock, a credit note will be provided.
