💸 Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only issued if the product is defective, damaged, or if a wrong item has been delivered.
Refunds are not applicable for orders placed by mistake or due to change of mind.
In most cases, we offer exchange or credit note instead of a direct refund.
📦 Conditions for Refund
To be eligible for a refund:
The issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product at akshrajay8@gmail.com with clear photos.
The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with packaging intact.
Refunds will only be processed after the product clears our internal quality check.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
