💸 Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are only issued if the product is defective, damaged, or if a wrong item has been delivered.

  • Refunds are not applicable for orders placed by mistake or due to change of mind.

  • In most cases, we offer exchange or credit note instead of a direct refund.

📦 Conditions for Refund

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product at akshrajay8@gmail.com with clear photos.

  • The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with packaging intact.

  • Refunds will only be processed after the product clears our internal quality check.

🔁 Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

🚫 Non-Refundable Situations

  • Used, damaged, or altered products

  • Items without original packaging or invoice

  • Products returned beyond the allowed time frame
